Boardmasters VIP Upgrade Competition Terms and Conditions
Competition dates: The competition will run from 00:01 on 24th June to 23:59 on 1st July.
Prize includes:
2x VIP upgrades (you and your friend must both already have either a Camping or Day ticket).
Prize conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and can not be resold or refunded.
Any additional costs related to claiming the prizes (e.g travel) are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner notification
Winners will be notified via email from the 1st July, 2025.
Prize must be claimed by the winner within 14 days of contact.
Failure to claim the prize within 14 days will result in forfeit, and an alternative winner may be selected.
Privacy
By entering the giveaway from 00:01 on 24th June to 23:59 on 1st July, participants agree to the processing of their data (e.g name, email) for the purposes of administering the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment. All data processed will be in accordance and comply with Boardmasters LTD data policy.

Boardmasters LTD reserves the right to modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
Boardmasters LTD decision is final and binding in all respects and matters relating to the competition.
