Camping Ticket Holders
Travel sustainably with like-minded festival goers directly to Boardmasters’ official coach park and choose to arrive on either Wednesday and Thursday. All carbon-neutral coaches will return to one of 80(!!) pick up points on Monday, hassle-free. Take the stress out of planning your travel and book with Big Green Coach.

Day Ticket Holders
You can book a Day + Coach Package with pick ups from across the South West. You’ll be dropped off at the festival before the music starts and get picked up after the headliners finish.
Choose from Bodmin, Cornwall Services, Exeter, Falmouth, Helston, Launceston, Liskeard, Okehampton, Penzance, Plymouth, Roche, St Austell, Treverbyn, Truro.

Camping Ticket Holders
If you’re planning on driving to Boardmasters – we encourage you to round up your mates and road trip together where possible.
Whether they’re a passenger princess, the aux hogger or supreme supplier of snacks – a journey shared is both more fun and environmentally friendly.

Weekend Car Park Pass starts at £79.50*
*A re-entry fee will apply each time your vehicle leaves and re-enters the car park during the festival period. All re-entry fees go to the Boardmasters Foundation.
Day Ticket Holders
To limit the impact on our neighbours and encourage greener travel choices, day ticket holders will not be able to park or get dropped off at the festival by car.
Instead, if you’re planning to travel by car, you’ll need to use our new Park + Ride. Find out more
We encourage customers to use our shuttle bus service that operates between the Festival site at Watergate Bay and Newquay town centre, rather than driving their own car. The shuttle bus is the quickest way to reach Fistral Beach. It uses closed roads, it’s considerably quicker than your own car plus parking in Newquay is very limited.
Shuttle bus services will operate on a tap-and-ride service via the First Bus app, make sure you’ve bought your ticket in advance.

To limit our impact on the local area, and to encourage greener travel choices, only Wednesday Camping, Thursday Camping, VIP Camping ticket holders and Accessibility Customers can park at Boardmasters. Day and VIP Day ticket holders must travel by coach, shuttle bus or use our Park + Ride service. More details here.
Before choosing to travel by car, please consider the environment and explore public transportation methods. If alternative transport modes aren’t an option, please carpool to help minimise the number of vehicles heading to the festival.
Parking passes available to purchase at checkout.
Parking passes must correlate to the day allocated on your ticket, please do your best to arrive within your allotted timeframe.
VIP Camping Ticket holders do not need to buy a parking pass as a complimentary pass is included within the price of your ticket.
Blue Badge holders do not need to buy a parking pass. Please ensure you display a valid badge on arrival and ensure you bring your ID.

PICK-UP/ DROP-OFF + DAY PARKING:
To help manage traffic near the festival, we will be operating a Park + Ride for pick up and drop offs for Boardmasters 2024. Find out more.
Opt for a stress-free, eco-friendly journey to Newquay by taking the train.
Get dropped right at the entrance by hopping on one of our shuttle buses, available approximately every 15 minutes from Newquay station after the first trains arrive on Wednesday 7th August.
Tips:
Cornwall Airport Newquay is very close to the festival, we basically sit at the very end of their runway! So, you’ll be enjoying your favourite bands in no time.
There are 10 airlines flying from 21 different destinations including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Dublin.
To ensure a hassle-free journey, it’s advisable to book in advance with the airlines directly.

Shuttle buses are the quickest mode of transport to and from the festival. It’s the quickest way to get to Fistral Beach because it takes closed roads, saving you time compared to driving and finding limited parking in Newquay.
