1. Epic Headliner Sets from George Ezra, Disclosure and Kings of Leon

The ever charming George Ezra returned to Boardies to showcase tracks from his brand new record ‘Gold Rush Kid’ as well as some trusted classics. Disclosure blew our minds with crowd favourite ‘White Noise’ & Grammy award winning Kings of Leon closed off a magic weekend with their global smash hit ‘Sex on Fire’

2. Sunsets, sunsets, sunsets

There were so many golden evenings spent with good friends enjoying the sunset views as the sun set over Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach. Our camera rolls are full of it.

3. Radio 1 live from Boardmasters all week

with special guests including Jodie Harsh & Sam Ryder. Vicky & Dean’s first show was an absolute blast, and Vicky smashed her surprise set at Fistral Beach Bar.

His packed Main Stage set showed us why he placed the UK second in Eurovision, plus there was even a surprise proposal straight afterwards!

9. DECLAN MCKENNA’S SECRET SET AT THE COVE

Our best kept secret of the weekend. As well as giving us a stellar Main Stage performance, he also gave us a secret set at The Cove with BBC Music Introducing

10. SUNDAY BRUNCH WAS LIVE ON THE TELLY FROM BOARDMASTERS

We loved having Simon Rimmer and the team down for some surfing lessons and a taste of the legendary cornish pasty

11. TOM GRENNAN & 'FINN FROM BOARDIES'

In 2021, Finn got invited up on stage with Loyle Carner – and this year he managed to do it again! Another pretty special moment when Finn got the chance to sing on stage with the almighty Tom Grennan.

12. The 165 strong Cornish Rock Choir in the Cornish Market

They gave us goosebumps!

13. The ferris wheel

It gave us Coachella vibes and so many dreamy views whilst enjoying stunning Main Stage performances

14. The Keg & Pastonbury

Thursday night’s back to back cover bands, including ABBA, Rolling Stones, Queen and The Beatles, were such a crowd pleaser. Bopping to ‘Dancing Queen’ as the sun goes down? Yes please!

15. IDLES Karaoke

IDLES started a karaoke rendition of ‘All I Want for Christmas’ and the whole audience at the Land of Saints stage belted back the lyrics with that electric August Christmas spirit…encore!

16. The Boardmasters Open surf competition winners being crowned

The incredible surf action across the Animal Pro & BFGoodrich LongBoard Pro and the Havaianas Junior Open culminated in the winners taking to the podium
