Boardmasters SeaSpace Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. Competition dates: The competition will run from 00:01 on 21st May to 23:59 on 25th May.

2.  Prizes include:

Two Wednesday Entry Camping Tickets (Weds 6th August – Sunday 10th August 2025).

A large studio for two for five nights at SeaSpace Hotels (Wednesday 6th August – Monday 11th August).

Prize conditions 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and can not be resold or refunded. 

Any additional costs related to claiming the prizes (e.g travel) are the responsibility of the winner. 

Winner notification 

Winners will be notified via email from the 27th May, 2025

Prize must be claimed by the winner within 14 days of contact

Failure to claim the prize within 14 days will result in forfeit, and an alternative winner may be selected. 

Privacy 

By entering the giveaway from 00:01 on 21st May to 23:59 on 25th May, participants agree to the processing of their data (e.g name, email) for the purposes of administering the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment. All data processed will be in accordance and comply with Boardmasters LTD data policy.

General 

Boardmasters LTD reserves the right to modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. 

Boardmasters LTD decision is final and binding in all respects and matters relating to the competition.
