Reception Assistant Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATION 

Working alongside the Reception Manager, you’ll assistant in the set up and running of the Reception office. 

Day to day you’ll be front facing to suppliers and crew working on deliveries/collections, water drop offs (not Operational suppliers) and printing requests. You’ll be the main support to the Vision Nine Event Management team checking in to assist on any tasks.  

SCHEDULE 

• 6.5 x advance days (2nd August)   
• 5 x live days (9th – 13th August)  
• 1 x break day (14th August)
