  • Safety Advisory Group (Local Authority, Police, Fire, Medical etc.) scrutinise plans in relation to event safety and delivery.
  • Local Authority monitoring – Council officers check arrangements in real time to ensure compliance with plans.
  • Creation of a dedicated Community section on the Boardmasters website and local residents newsletter, ensuring regular two-way communications with the local area and neighbours.
  • We appoint a Community Impact Manager for the event. During the event the CIM’s remit will be to ensure any community issues are recorded, are dealt with promptly and that any actions are reviewed.
