Please note, all tickets are subject to booking fees with the exception of Child and VIP Child Day Tickets.
To limit the impact on our neighbours and encourage greener travel choices, day ticket holders will not be able to park or get dropped off at the festival by car.
You can book a Day + Coach Package with pick ups from across the South West. You’ll be dropped off at the festival before the music starts and get picked up after the headliners finish.
Choose from Bodmin, Cornwall Services, Exeter, Falmouth, Helston, Launceston, Liskeard, Okehampton, Penzance, Plymouth, Roche, St Austell, Treverbyn, Truro.

Head to our new Park + Ride just off the A30 before you arrive in Newquay.
You can either get dropped off at our Park + Ride or park your car there for the day.
If you’re parking for the day, buy your parking pass in advance for £10. Tickets purchased on the door will be £20.
Catch one of our buses to take you directly to the festival and back, these will be running from early in the morning until after the music finishes.
A return journey will cost £7, these will operate via a simple tap and ride system before you board the bus.
There will be food and drink retailers available as well as shelter and toilets.

You can use our official shuttle buses from Newquay up to the festival site.
Buses cost £3.50 for a single journey.
If you’re travelling by one of our Day-Return coach packages, you will be dropped at the Boardmasters Coach Station, directly inside the festival.
Your exact departure time will be sent to you nearer the time. All coaches will arrive before the music starts and depart after the festival headliners have finished.
No – you’ll need to take your belongings with you.

You’ll initially receive a confirmation email when you book. You will receive your coach and festival e-ticket a couple of weeks before the festival.
Coach departure times will be clearly communicated to you in advance, like any travel service you will need to arrive in plenty of time ahead of your departure.
You will receive a confirmation email when you book one of our Day Ticket + Coach packages. More information, including updates to your booking, will be communicated to you via the coach provider, Big Green Coach.

Yes, all of our coaches and shuttle buses are suitable for wheelchair users.
No, if you have purchased our Day Ticket + Coach packages, you will not be able to buy or sell these.
If you have purchased a Day Ticket only, then you can buy/ sell these with Tixel as normal. For questions related to resale, contact Tixel customer service directly.
We’re subsidising the costs, but we do need to charge a small fee to help us cover the costs of the buses and car park.
Yes, the car park will have security. However, we advise not leaving valuables in your car. Belongings will be left at your own risk.
No, if you’ve bought a VIP Day Ticket our Park + Ride service is not included in the price of your ticket.
You will need to add a parking pass to your order, either in advance for £10 or pay on the door for £20. You’ll then need to hop on one of our park + ride buses which will drop you on the doorstep of the festival, simple!
Blue badge holders do not need to purchase a parking pass.
Follow festival signage for Blue Gate Entrance, and speak to one of our friendly traffic team who will direct you to where you need to go.
Please have your valid blue badge on display before you arrive to reduce waiting times. Have your ID ready as you may be asked to present this.
Shuttle buses are the quickest mode of transport to and from the festival. It’s the quickest way to get to Fistral Beach because it takes closed roads, saving you time compared to driving and finding limited parking in Newquay.
Operating hours: 07:30 – 04:30 (Wednesday to Monday – Please note there will be a reduced service on Monday morning.)
