Boardmasters Elemental Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. Competition dates: The competition will run from 00:01 on 11th July to 23:59 on Fri 18th July.

2.  Prizes include:

Four Wednesday Entry Camping Tickets (Weds 6th August – Sunday 10th August 2025).

A four bed cabin for five nights at Elemental Surf Lodge (Wednesday 6th August – Monday 11th August).

Prize conditions 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and can not be resold or refunded.

Any additional costs related to claiming the prizes (e.g travel) are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner notification 

Winners will be notified via email from the 18th July, 2025.

Prize must be claimed by the winner within 14 days of contact.

Failure to claim the prize within 14 days will result in forfeit, and an alternative winner may be selected.

Privacy 

By entering the giveaway from 00:01 on 11th July to 23:59 on 18th July, participants agree to the processing of their data (e.g name, email) for the purposes of administering the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment. All data processed will be in accordance and comply with Boardmasters LTD data policy.

General 

Boardmasters LTD reserves the right to modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
