A Letter From Boardmasters Festival
We warmly invite local residents and businesses to our next community meeting, where we’ll be sharing important updates on Boardmasters 2025.
Building on the feedback we received during our 2024 debriefs, we’ll take this opportunity to outline our priorities for the year ahead, how we’re approaching the festival, and share early plans with you – our valued community partners.
We will be discussing:
- Key 2024 debriefs
- 2025 Festival Update
- 2025 Planning Priorities:
- Traffic
- Beach Safety
- Fistral
- Community Impact
This will be taking place on Tuesday 29th April at SeaSpace in Newquay. Members of the Boardmasters team will be available at the times detailed below.

- Boardmasters Presentation + short Q&A with the Festival Management Team: 17:30 – 18:30
- Pre-booked 1-1 meetings* with (limited capacity): 18:45 – 20:45
*Please note, there will be an opportunity to sign up to a 1-1 meeting after the presentation
