Accreditation Assistant Job Specification

BOARDMASTERS FESTIVAL 2023 

Boardmasters is one of the leading festivals in the UK with its unique location on the Cornish Coastline. Over the 5 days of the festival, we host world class talent across many stages plus a World Champion surfing competition at the iconic Fistral beach. We have over 50,000 in attendance and camping tickets have sold out. 

We look for team players to join us as an extension to the team over the several weeks of build and live during the festivals.  

ACCREDITATION ASSISTANT 

JOB SPECIFICATION 

 Working alongside the Accreditation Manager, you’ll assistant in the set up and running of the Accreditation office. Working on distributing wristbands to staff, crew, artists and external suppliers. Ensuring they’re professionally met and welcomed as this is their first point of contact people will have with the festival.  

You’ll work using our Eventree online system, checking out passes, car parking passes and crew catering QR codes and guiding everyone through the processes onsite. There will be peak busy times during the build of the festival so maintaining a cool, professional head is vital.  

 In addition to support from the Accreditation Manager, there will be access to a member of Vision Nine team to escalate any operational issues. 

 SCHEDULE 

• 6.5 x advance days (2nd August)   

• 5 x live days (9th – 13th August)  
• 1 x break day (14th August)
