Boardmasters 12 days of Christmas Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. Competition Overview: The ‘12 days of Christmas’ competition. By purchasing eligible tickets, entrants will automatically be entered into the 12 days of Christmas competition held from 25th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. 

2. Competition dates: The competition will run from 00:01 on 25th December 2024 to 23:59 on 5th January 2025. 

3. Eligibility to participate, entrants must: Purchase a qualifying ticket for Boardmasters from Boardmasters.com – valid tickets being:

General Admission Camping 

VIP camping 

3 Day No Camping tickets (note: this excluded the ability to win camping related prizes)

Be 16 years of age and above to enter the competition 

Be 18 years or older to claim alcohol related prizes (proof of age is required)

Tickets bought via third-party ticketing platforms or resale tickets via our official reseller Tixel are not eligible to be entered into the competition.

Prize conditions 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and can not be resold or refunded. 

Side of side access is limited to select performances and determined by Boardmasters 

Any additional costs related to claiming the prizes (e.g travel) are the responsibility of the winner. 

Winner notification 

Winners will be notified via email from the 7th Jan, 2025

Prize must be claimed by the winner within 14 days of contact

Failure to claim the prize within 14 days will result in forfeit, and an alternative winner may be selected. 

Privacy 

By purchasing a ticket to Boardmasters from 00:01 on 25th December 2024 to 23:59 on 5th January 2025 are in turn entering into The ‘12 days of Christmas’ competition. Participants agree to the processing of their data (e.g name, email) for the purposes of administering the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment. All data processed will be in accordance and comply with Boardmasters LTD data policy (link here)

Boardmasters LTD reserves the right to modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. 

Boardmasters LTD decision is final and binding in all respects and matters relating to the competition.
